If applicable, Elocos undertakes to select a Processor offering sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organizational security measures of personal data processing, in accordance with the Law and the Regulation.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation, the purposes of processing personal data are communicated to the User and are as follows:

They act under the direct authority of Elocos and are specifically responsible for collecting, processing, or subcontracting this data.-
